Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $21.50/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a Sander for a manufacturing facility in Springfield, Ohio. This position is responsible for sanding and preparing components to create smooth, consistent surfaces before staining, painting, finishing, and final assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Sand and prepare components for finishing
Produce smooth and consistent surfaces on wood and other materials
Prepare parts for staining, painting, and other finishing processes
Inspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure quality standards are met
Perform repetitive sanding and surface preparation tasks
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good hand skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift materials as required
