This position involves a variety of tasks, including rough, final, and touch-up cleaning, as well as specialty tasks like window cleaning, floor care, and pressure washing. $20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, enhancing the overall appearance and value of each property.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently tackle rough, final, and touch-up cleaning tasks on construction sites.
- Perform specialty cleaning tasks, including window cleaning, floor care, and pressure washing, to meet client expectations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure clarity on project requirements and timelines.
- Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets our quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring their proper maintenance and storage after use.
Qualifications:
Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklifts, power tools, and hand tools are highly preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work.
Must be able to take direction, work well independently, and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity.
Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates.
Must be able to work up to 8-hour shifts, typically between 6 am and 6 pm, with occasional night or weekend work available.
Must be physically able to stand, kneel, work from various heights, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs without issue during the entire workday.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work on job sites throughout Riverside County.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Previous window cleaning, floor maintenance, or pressure washing experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently, as well as on a team.
CPR/OSHA/Aerial Lift/Fall Protection Certifications are a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
