Lead Pressure Washer Technician

What You'll Do:

As a Lead Pressure Washer Technician, you will lead pressure washing crews in completing high-quality commercial cleaning services while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

• Lead and oversee pressure washing crews at commercial job sites
• Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning services using professional equipment
• Train and coach team members on proper pressure washing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Operate, inspect, and maintain pressure washing equipment, hoses, pumps, and related tools
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Prepare surfaces and remove dirt, grease, grime, mold, and other contaminants
• Ensure work is completed thoroughly and meets company and customer quality standards
• Conduct job-site inspections and address quality issues as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and ensure crew members do the same
• Communicate professionally with customers, management, and team members
• Maintain accurate job documentation and report equipment or job-site issues
• Manage time effectively to ensure jobs are completed within scheduled timeframes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and supplies
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed
• Be available for occasional overnight and out-of-town jobs

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous pressure washing or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or training experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pressure washing equipment and cleaning techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in the field
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Reliable, safety-minded, and customer-focused
• Flexible schedule for occasional overnight jobs
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check
