Position Summary
The Senior Customer Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship with assigned tenant organizations in a federal multi-tenant building, coordinating their requests, tracking commitments, and supporting occupancy transitions from onboarding through departure.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule: Core business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Employment Type: Full-time, contingent upon contract award
Security: Selected candidate must pass a security investigation for unescorted building access; an existing federal clearance may be submitted for review in place of a new investigation
Position Summary
The Senior Customer Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship with assigned tenant organizations in a federal multi-tenant building, coordinating their requests, tracking commitments, and supporting occupancy transitions from onboarding through departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a customer account plan for each assigned tenant organization
- Maintain tenant points of contact and identify each tenant's occupancy status, requirements, and open concerns
- Prepare for and support tenant meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, and meeting records
- Maintain tenant issue, commitment, decision, and action item logs, and track items through resolution
- Coordinate tenant requests involving facilities, security, information technology, and finance
- Support tenant onboarding, expansion, contraction, and departure activities, including readiness reviews
- Identify recurring service issues and recommend systemic improvements to client leadership
- Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution
- 8 years of real estate customer, account, occupancy, or tenant management experience
- Experience supporting complex institutional, corporate, or government customers
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple service organizations on a customer's behalf
- Strong written communication, briefing, and facilitation skills
- Ability to pass a federal security investigation for unescorted building access
