Performance Objectives- Enhance Operational Efficiency: Spearhead initiatives to optimize inventory management processes, resulting in a 15% reduction in lead times within your first year.
- Streamline Logistics: Implement advanced logistics solutions to decrease distribution costs by 10% while maintaining current service levels.
- Drive Team Performance: Lead and mentor a team of 20+, increasing productivity metrics by at least 20% within the first six months.
- Vendor Management: Establish and negotiate with suppliers to improve cost savings by 8%, without compromising on quality.
- Customer Relationship Management: Implement systems to improve customer satisfaction ratings by 10% by enhancing service delivery timelines.
- Financial Oversight: Align budgetary controls to meet or exceed quarterly financial targets, achieving no less than 95% budget compliance.
You'll lead a dynamic team located in Providence, partnering closely with cross-functional peers at our Milford branch. You will report directly to the CTO. Leverage cutting-edge supply chain software and a supportive administrative platform to execute responsibilities efficiently.
Essential Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the electrical distribution or similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience leading teams to success.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
