As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and promoting positive behavioral change.
About the Role:
As a BCBA with Evolve ABA Care, you will work with a dynamic and compassionate team to provide services to our in-home clients. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles will be essential in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting comprehensive patient assessments, and analyzing data to track client progress.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Perform diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Experience in special education or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to patient behavior
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and behavioral health interventions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
