Job Description
MRO Coordinator — Atlanta, GA
Momar Inc.
Momar is looking for a detail-driven MRO Coordinator to join our Atlanta Operations team. You'll be the person who makes sure every inbound MRO order — hardware, fasteners, drill bits, cutting tools, hydraulics, and more — gets received, repackaged, and shipped back out accurately and fast. If you like fast-paced, hands-on work where precision matters and no two days look exactly alike, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Lead repackaging for our MRO product line — re-bagging, re-labeling, re-boxing, and prepping inbound orders for outbound shipment.
- Receive inbound orders, catching and escalating any discrepancies.
- Process shipments line-by-line in our ERP system, keeping turnaround at 24 hours or less.
- Spot back-ordered items, find suitable substitutes, and loop in sales reps on alternatives.
- Flag process gaps and suggest workflow improvements.
- Act as a go-between across departments to keep things moving.
- Help cross-train other team members as needed.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in MRO manufacturing, distribution, or a similar environment — chemical/manufacturing industry experience a plus.
- ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar); Microsoft Navision (NAV) experience a plus.
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and juggling multiple systems at once.
- Sharp attention to detail, especially when it comes to repacking and labeling.
- Strong communication skills — you'll coordinate with supervisors, other departments, and outside vendors/carriers.
- Good judgment on when to solve something yourself vs. when to escalate.
- Working knowledge of MRO items (hardware, fasteners, drill bits, cutting tools, hydraulics) strongly preferred.
Physical requirements
- Able to lift/move up to 30 lbs. unassisted.
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and hand/finger dexterity for handling items.
- Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, safety shoes).
