About the RoleAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children with autism, providing individualized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You'll implement individualized treatment plans, help children build meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, and support positive progress through consistent, compassionate care.
What You'll DoProvide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Use evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change
Accurately collect and document client progress data
Communicate and collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
Provide reliable, professional, and compassionate care
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Reliable transportation
Consistent and dependable availability
