What You’ll Be Doing

As a Line Cook on our food truck, you’ll play a key role in delivering the mouthwatering flavors that Eugene’s Hot Chicken is known for. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, even in a fast-paced environment. - Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep everything running smoothly. - Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient service during busy hours. - Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed.
