Maman - Baker
Maman Commissary Kitchen is looking for a talented baker willing to join the Pastry Department.
The position is Full time (40 hours) between $18 and $22/h.
Alongside the Pastry supervisor and two other bakers, you will be part of the team in charge of an important part of the Menu at Maman such as:
- Brownies
- Loaf cakes
- Oreos
- Tea Cake
- Travel cake
- etc..
Your position require at least 1 full year as baker in high scale production environment.
You must be able to:
- Follow guidelines and recipes.
- Scale.
- Mix.
- Shape.
- Pipe.
- Bake different items.
- Lift, push, pull 50 Lbs.
- Organize your tasks and your station.
Concerning the schedule, it is 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm with a break in between.
Concerning the Kitchen, you will be working in a brand new environment with enough space and adapted equipment.
