About This Role

We are looking for an Infant Teacher to join our childcare team, providing care and education to infants from 6 weeks to 12 months.

  • Two part-time shifts available: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working with infants, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting each child's growth and development.



What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality care and attention to infants from 6 weeks to 12 months, meeting their physical and emotional needs.
  • Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and organized space that promotes learning and development.
  • Follow established daily routines for feeding, diapering, naps, and activities to maintain a consistent environment.
  • Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Maintain open and professional communication with parents about their child's daily experiences.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of infants by maintaining proper supervision and adhering to all relevant licensing regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
  • Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.


Requirements

Must be dependable, punctual, and caring

Ability to lift, carry, and actively care for infants throughout the day

Ability to get down on the floor with the littles

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements

Must be dependable, punctual, and caring

Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred

CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

High School Diploma or GED required
