Job Description
The Hartsburg Grand is looking for outgoing, customer-focused Bartenders to serve guests at our weddings, parties, and private events. As part of our event service team, you’ll craft drinks, engage with guests, and help create a fun, memorable atmosphere in one of Missouri’s most charming small-town venues.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and personality.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout events.
Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation rules.
Work closely with event coordinators and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
Friendly, professional, and energetic personality.
Must be 21+ and familiar with responsible alcohol service laws.
Available for weekends and event-based scheduling.
