We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire day shift opportunity with highly competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the daily activities of maintenance employees; 8-12 direct reports
- Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures
- Work plan development
- Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials
- Implement training programs to improve work performance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A.S. degree or 4+ years of management experience in a Maintenance field; B.S. degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Management, etc..
