What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an HR Compliance & Workforce Specialist, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities to support our team and maintain compliance across our organization. Your key areas of focus will include:

Employee Onboarding & HR Administration
  • Coordinate onboarding for clinical and non-clinical employees.
  • Ensure all employment and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel records.
  • Assist with employee status, compensation, and workforce changes.
  • Safeguard sensitive employee and organizational information.
Healthcare Credentialing & Compliance
  • Initiate and track provider credentialing with insurance payers and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor professional licenses, certifications, and renewals.
  • Communicate upcoming deadlines and requirements to employees and leadership.
  • Ensure clinical employees meet compliance standards.
Training & Workforce Compliance
  • Track and coordinate completion of required training and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and assist with audits.
Payroll Review & Workforce Records
  • Review payroll information for accuracy prior to processing.
  • Verify employee hours, pay rates, and approved changes.
  • Maintain documentation for workforce changes and assist with reporting.
HR Support & Documentation
  • Assist with employee relations documentation and policy updates.
  • Prepare HR reports and support compliance audits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows.
What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience, skills, and a proactive mindset to this role. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or workforce management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (Paychex experience preferred).
  • Experience with healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle confidential information with professionalism.
