Requirements/Responsibilities

Absolute musts to apply include:
-Excellent customer service
-Wine knowledge is highly recommended
-2 years minimum experience serving
-ability to work well in a team environment
-available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Food service experience

Responsibilities include:
-Greeting tables and following the restaurant's preferred service sequence
-Ensuring excellent and timely service
-Making sure your tables pay appropriately and your bank is in balance
-Beverage service (mainly beer, wine & coffee)

Various amounts of side work to prepare the dining room for dinner that may include but are not be limited to :
filling condiments, general cleaning of the dining and buss areas, polishing glasses and silverware, stocking beverages, other duties as assigned
