Job Purpose

???? Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited dental school
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri
- Current BLS certification
- DEA and Missouri BNDD registrations
- Proficient in EMR, electronic mail, word processing, and office management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and community partners
- Deep understanding of modern dentistry in public health settings
- Awareness of socioeconomic and legislative factors affecting public health
- Collaborative spirit with a commitment to professional development and team growth
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices
Delivery of Dental Care
- Diagnose and treat dental/oral conditions
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention
- Support continuing education and training for SMCHC staff
- Participate in clinic committees and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols
- Represent SMCHC at meetings and events
- Contribute to recruitment and retention efforts
- Provide technical assistance and health education
- Attend community meetings and represent the dental clinic
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Uphold company policies and foster positive workplace relationships
- Complete tasks efficiently and professionally
