What You’ll Do:
'05; Drive and achieve membership sales goals through effective client engagement
'05; Master appointment scheduling and recommend add-on services to enhance the client experience
'05; Confidently educate clients on membership benefits, pricing, and gift card options
'05; Uphold spa cleanliness standards and assist with front desk operations
'05; Effectively communicate promotions and service options
'05; Maintain an energetic and professional attitude
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
'14;️ High school diploma or equivalent
'14;️ 18 years or older
'14;️ Strong communication and sales skills (or willingness to learn)
'14;️ Highly organized and detail-oriented
'14;️ Motivated to meet sales targets
Preferred (but not required):
➕ 1+ year of sales experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry a plus!)
➕ 1+ year of customer service experience
➕ 1+ year of front desk/reception experience
