RN Supervisor
Job Description
Fulltime 3pm-11pm RN Supervisor sought for skilled nursing facility in Lynn, MA area!
Monday through Friday with some weekend on-call rotation
Job Requirements
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state.
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting. Minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor strongly preferred.
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
COVID-19 vaccination required.
Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and direction to clinical team
Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team
Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
Other special projects and duties, as assigned
Responsible for wounds/QI/clinical
