What You’ll Do
As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily lives while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities
Assist with developmental training and active treatment programs
Monitor resident health, safety, and overall well-being
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents
Support nursing staff with non-clinical care needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
Previous experience in a customer service or caregiving role preferred
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
