Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Seattle, Washington (In-person in Fremont and in the field in North Seattle, Shoreline, and Lake Forest Park)
Pay: $25/hr. to $30/hr. + commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with some evening or weekend hours occasionally for events, networking or training

What You'll Do
- Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Build strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
- Quickly establish trust and credibility with prospective clients.
- Identify client challenges and recommend staffing solutions that solve real business problems.
- Present and communicate the value of Express Employment Professionals' services.
- Negotiate agreements and close new business.
- Partner with our recruiting team to ensure exceptional client service.
- Stay informed on local market trends and business opportunities.
