Compensation:$100,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Learn the ins and outs of real estate from Orlando’s best.
- Connect with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their home goals.
- Master client communication, marketing, and negotiation skills.
- Follow our proven lead follow-up system to close more deals faster.
- Build your confidence, your brand, and your dream career — one sale at a time.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to grow your career and develop your skills in real estate.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
