BrightStar Care of Madison is hiring a Field Support Specialist to support our clients and caregiving team across the area. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who want consistent hours, variety in their day, and the opportunity to grow into leadership.
'14; $22 per hour starting pay
'14; Guaranteed Full-Time hours each week and paid mileage
Unique Schedule
'14; 2 days providing care in the field
'14; 2 days in office
'14; 3 days off each week
This schedule provides consistent hours while giving you multiple days off to recharge.

As a Field Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality in-home care while helping support the caregiving team when coverage is needed.
Responsibilities include:
Must be able to assist clients with daily living activities including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting with mobility. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when required.

As a Field Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality in-home care while helping support the caregiving team when coverage is needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving
- Fill in for caregiver call-offs or planned vacations
- Help start services with new clients
- Assist with training newly hired caregivers
- Communicate availability and scheduling with the office
- Occasionally assist with introductions or office support when needed
- Caregiving experience required (CNA welcome)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance in your name
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel within our service area
- Previous customer service experience and experience handling phone communications are preferred but not required."
- Must pass background check and drug screening
