Responsibilities- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
- Perform various customer service-related activities.
- Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Experience in customer or sales-focused roles.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience with forklift operation, general labor, paint prep, production, yard work.

Work EnvironmentWork in a production area with exposure to the elements due to frequent opening and closing of bay doors. Majority of the time will be spent working outside, so dress according to the weather is necessary. Steel-toed boots, pants, and a long sleeve shirt are recommended.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Billings, MT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
