What You'll Do

As a Buyer, you'll be responsible for helping identify, evaluate, and develop supplier partnerships that support critical manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing supplier relationships and supporting sourcing strategies for assigned product categories
  • Analyzing costs, market trends, and supplier capabilities to help drive informed purchasing decisions
  • Collaborating with engineering, operations, finance, and product teams on sourcing initiatives
  • Supporting supplier selection and onboarding processes
  • Tracking supplier performance, pricing trends, and procurement metrics
  • Assisting with contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintaining purchasing data, supplier records, and product information within company systems
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for improved cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Building trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects that increase efficiency and reduce costs

This is a Permanent position based out of Marysville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
