  • Participate in shutdown periods (twice per year) to complete intensive maintenance and project work on equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production personnel to share information, coordinate repairs, and improve equipment reliability.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately to support maintenance planning and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with project work that may include welding (mig) and conduit bending to modify or install equipment and support automation upgrades.
Essential Skills

  • Comfort working in a high-paced, highly automated automotive manufacturing environment where timely product output is critical.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic knowledge are preferred and considered a strong plus, though not strictly required.
  • Experience working with robotics systems, including common industrial robot brands used in automotive manufacturing, is highly beneficial.
  • Welding (mig) skills are a plus for project work and equipment modifications.
  • Conduit bending experience is a plus for electrical installation and equipment upgrades.
  • Experience in a Tier 1 automotive or similarly high-volume manufacturing environment is advantageous.
