About the RoleWe are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a General Production Worker. This is a hands-on position that supports production, material handling, and facility operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities- Assist with production, material handling, and general facility operations.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Support machine operators and production teams in meeting daily production goals.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report any concerns.
- Package, stack, sort, and prepare materials for shipment or production use.
- Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Participate in training programs and learn new skills as needed.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, farming, or general labor experience.
- Experience using hand tools or power tools.
- Forklift experience.
- Material handling experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Starting pay of $20.00 per hour.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dunkirk, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $46800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
