- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support supply distribution and facility operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical and non-clinical areas are fully stocked, organized, and maintained to support quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting and possess strong organizational, inventory management, and customer service skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Ordering & Inventory Management- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock in assigned areas.
- Count inventory and place supply orders using inventory management systems.
- Order routine and non-routine supplies as requested by clinical and administrative staff.
- Track backorders and proactively address supply shortages.
- Identify and return overstocked items when appropriate.
- Monitor high-use items and recommend inventory level adjustments.
- Process returns, credits, and inventory-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate ordering using correct cost centres, account codes, and locations.
- Recommend cost-saving opportunities and inventory improvements.
- Receive, distribute, and stock supplies throughout patient care and administrative areas.
- Replenish carts, supply rooms, examination rooms, treatment areas, and other departmental locations.
- Rotate inventory to ensure proper stock management.
- Deliver patient charge items and other requested materials in a timely manner.
- Stock linen and other consumable supplies as needed.
- Ensure medications and regulated products are delivered and stored according to established guidelines.
- Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked work areas.
- Support the overall appearance, safety, and readiness of clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments such as Facilities, Plant Operations, Environmental Services, and Safety.
- Help ensure patient rooms, waiting areas, conference rooms, labs, and supply areas remain operational and well-maintained.
- Provide courteous interactions with patients, visitors, and staff while working throughout the facility.
- Experience working in a healthcare, hospital, medical office, or clinical setting preferred.
- Previous experience with inventory management, logistics, supply chain, materials management, or stockroom operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using computer-based inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies throughout the facility.
- Dependable and proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Team player who collaborates well with clinical and administrative staff.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
