Randstad has partnered with a rapidly expanding, high-volume B2C e-commerce brand to find an energetic, operationally savvy Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment operations and scale their South San Francisco hub.

3+ years of experience leading large fulfillment or warehouse teams, ideally within a high-volume B2C e-commerce, retail, or tech startup setting.
Hands-on management style: You prefer leading from the warehouse floor (8+ hours/day) alongside your team over sitting behind a desk.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable managing performance metrics and using toolkits like G Suite or Microsoft Excel to trend data and drive operational changes.
Adaptable & entrepreneurial: You embrace rapid change, wear multiple hats, and possess the vision to build processes from the ground up as we scale.
Clear communicator: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a track record of delivering direct, constructive feedback.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional leadership experience.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Direct, mentor, and inspire a large team of associates and functional Team Leads. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high engagement.
Operational Execution & Efficiency: Oversee receiving, tagging, binning, picking, packing, and returns processing. Ensure every outgoing customer package meets meticulous quality standards.
Labor & Resource Planning: Analyze daily performance metrics to make real-time staffing decisions, manage labor planning, and align resource allocation with weekly order volumes.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, refine workflow layouts, and implement lean practices across inventory management, equipment utilization, and shipping processes.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with internal teams to resolve order exceptions, manage inventory restoration, and maintain facility uptime.
