Assembly Technician
Job Description
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling products using hand and power tools while following established work instructions and specifications. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret basic schematics and blueprints.
Responsibilities- Assemble products using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret basic schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and gauges.
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of schematics and blueprint reading.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2+ years of assembly or machine operating experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Experience reading blueprints and/or instruction/diagrams.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Juliet, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
