  • Consistently lift and carry materials weighing 75 to 100 pounds throughout the workday while maintaining proper safety practices.
  • Follow all site-specific and company safety procedures during loading, unloading, installation, and tool use.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area in the shop and on jobsites, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and cared for.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers to coordinate installation schedules and requirements.
  • Drive to jobsites when eligible, supporting transportation needs for installations, including cross-state travel where permitted.

  • Valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive for work once in a permanent role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for installations, including occasional overnight trips during the week.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness to work independently at jobsites with minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours when required to complete projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working specifically with stone countertops is highly preferred.
  • Cabinetry installation experience is a plus and can support broader project needs.
  • Ability to be added to company vehicle insurance is preferred, enabling driving responsibilities.
  • Age 21 or older is beneficial for driving across state lines on installation projects.
  • Prior experience in custom fabrication, construction, or casino signage environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with finish work, including edging and detailed surface preparation, is helpful.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, team members, and customers.
