Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $45,760.00-52,000/year. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

• Operate and monitor machines during assigned shifts (shift premiums available)
• Review work orders and handle materials using appropriate equipment
• Measure and record key parameters using micrometers and calipers
• Adjust machine settings and tooling to correct defects and improve quality
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1–3 years of machine operation experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills

• CNC machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Mechanical measurement (micrometers, calipers)
• Adjusting machine settings/tooling and inspecting parts
• Material handling and safety compliance
• Documenting mechanical issues to support timely repairs
