Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Customer Service/Sales representative.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to support the sales department. The company specializes in flooring and carpet installation services for the multifamily property management industry. This role focuses on prospecting, client relationship building, and supporting sales operations throughout San Diego and North County San Diego. This person will be visiting clients in Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, Temecula etc. For this role, the person must Have a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement will be provided).
Responsibilities and duties:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Visit apartment communities and property management offices to introduce services.
- Measure units for flooring and carpet installation projects.
- Prepare and send professional proposals to clients.
- Maintain organized customer and property files.
- Follow up with clients via phone and email regarding proposals and services.

- No prior sales experience required — training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
