We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent role. This position supports international apparel logistics by reviewing purchase order information, coordinating documentation with overseas manufacturing partners, and ensuring customers receive complete and accurate shipment records. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment when reconciling data, and the ability to manage time-sensitive work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Review purchase orders, factory documents, and shipment records to confirm accuracy through a three-way verification process before finalizing transactions.
• Coordinate with overseas production partners to collect required shipping paperwork, including packing documentation and related order support files.
• Prepare customer-facing logistics documents and ensure all records are complete, organized, and delivered on schedule.
• Generate invoices in QuickBooks based on validated order and shipment information.
• Investigate discrepancies between purchase orders, packing details, and supporting documentation, then resolve issues with appropriate internal or external contacts.
• Maintain accurate tracking files and reporting tools in Excel to support logistics visibility and documentation control.
• Work closely with supply chain and distribution stakeholders to help keep product movement aligned with customer requirements and order timelines.
• Support periods of increased workload by managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.• 3+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain support, or a related analytical coordination role.
• Hands-on experience reviewing shipping or order documentation with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks for invoice creation or transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, organizing, and validating logistics information.
• Experience coordinating with international vendors, factories, or external supply chain partners is preferred.
