Join a dynamic team supporting one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion programs in the United States. This exciting opportunity is based at the Lebanon, Indiana campus and is part of a multi-billion-dollar manufacturing expansion strategy. As a Construction Management Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing major capital construction programs, ensuring schedule adherence, quality oversight, and successful project delivery. You will act as an Owner's Representative, coordinating field execution and contractor activities across various disciplines including Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Owner's Representative overseeing discipline-specific construction activities on a major capital project.
  • Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate daily with project management, engineering, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Identify field execution challenges and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or project objectives.
  • Review construction activities for compliance with project specifications, design intent, and quality standards.
  • Participate in planning meetings, progress reviews, constructability discussions, and site coordination efforts.
  • Support project scheduling efforts and assist in identifying opportunities to improve project execution.
  • Oversee installation, turnover, testing, startup, commissioning, and closeout activities within assigned scope areas.
  • Communicate project risks, delays, and field concerns to leadership while assisting in mitigation planning.
  • Promote safe work practices and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational readiness.

Essential Skills

  • Construction leadership experience supporting large capital projects.
  • Experience overseeing contractors, subcontractors, and field execution activities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across engineering, construction, and owner teams.
  • Experience managing schedule-driven construction activities.
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, power generation, refinery, petrochemical, chemical processing, food & beverage, or similar complex environments.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lebanon, Indiana.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience serving in an Owner's Representative, Construction Management, Area Management, or Discipline Lead capacity.
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology project experience.
  • Experience supporting projects exceeding $100M in total capital value.
  • Startup, commissioning, turnover, or operational readiness experience.
  • Experience supporting accelerated schedules, recovery efforts, or large-scale project delivery programs.
  • Familiarity with GMP-regulated or highly regulated construction environments.

Work Environment

This position requires onsite work at the Lebanon, Indiana campus, which is part of a major pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion. The role involves working on one of the largest pharmaceutical project investments in the U.S., offering a long-term, multi-year contract opportunity. Candidates will engage with various cutting-edge technologies and must maintain adherence to safety and quality standards in a GMP-regulated environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
