  • Perform rent check-ins by physically inspecting all incoming units and documenting their condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area inside the shop and outside in the yard, including lawn, parking lot, and building upkeep.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for necessary materials and parts.

  • Work independently to complete 4–6 or more trailer units per day, maintaining a strong sense of urgency while working safely.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to perform plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and cleaning tasks.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Competence in using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Experience working with modular trailers, mobile units, or similar equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a strong sense of urgency while consistently working safely and independently.
  • Ownership of basic hand tools, including hammer, screwdrivers, wrench set, tape measure, and similar tools.
  • Comfort working in both indoor shop environments and outdoor yard settings in varying weather conditions.

Why Work Here?

The role offers steady daytime hours, opportunities to broaden your skills across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical work, and the chance to see tangible results from your efforts each day. You work with a supportive team that emphasizes safety training, cleanliness, and collaboration, while still giving you the independence to own your work and contribute to continuous improvement.

Work Environment

You work both inside the shop and outside in the yard, as well as inside modular trailers. Standard hours are approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, and some flexibility with hours may be needed. The role requires regular use of hand and power tools, floor buffers, and other equipment related to plumbing, carpentry, mechanical repair, and cleaning.
