Hands-On Maintenance | Troubleshooting | Process Support
Pay: $20-23 (Depending on experience)
Job SummaryWe're seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and process improvement activities. This role works closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability, product quality, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, pneumatic tools, and ovens
- Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Calibrate equipment and maintain calibration records
- Support prototype builds, testing, and process improvement projects
- Build and modify fixtures, racks, and tooling as needed
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify specifications
- Assist with equipment testing, data collection, and documentation
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to solve technical challenges
Required:
- 2+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, or production technician experience
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience using measuring tools and gauges
Preferred:
- Medical device, aerospace, electronics, or other regulated manufacturing experience
- Equipment calibration experience
- SAP or ERP experience
- CAD, machining, or fixture-building experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Sunrise, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $56160.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
