Job Description

Join our team in the cartridge department of our cleanroom facility, where you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process. You will work alongside a dedicated team to assemble cartridges, monitor semi-automated manufacturing processes, and ensure the accuracy and safety of operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cartridges and work on a manufacturing line with a team to complete assemblies.
• Monitor semi-automated manufacturing processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Operate within four different lines: inspections, running automated machines, sub-assembly/welding, and testing.
• Review batch records and monitor documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from any industry.
• Proficiency with computers for training and documentation purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance.
• Willingness to be flexible, cross-trained, and adaptable to different tasks.
• Mechanical assembly experience, particularly with medical devices.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

Work Environment

Work in the cartridge department, with opportunities to move between different lines as needed. Flexibility is key as work demands may shift, requiring you to work in different departments or locations, such as Barnes Canyon or Marindustry. You will work in an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom, adhering to specific dress code requirements including cleanroom PPE, no fragrances, and proper attire. Shifts are from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with potential for overtime based on workload demands.

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
