The company emphasizes taking care of employees and fostering a supportive, family-oriented culture. Team members enjoy regular catered meals, frequent community events on weekends, and ongoing community outreach efforts. The organization embraces second-chance opportunities and is experiencing rapid growth, creating room for advancement and long-term career development. When traveling for field service work, hotel accommodations are provided and a daily per diem is offered, supporting comfort and financial stability while on the road.

.

Work Environment

The work environment alternates between field service at large customer sites and a medium-sized, very clean and organized production shop.

Field assignments are highly client-facing and can occur in a wide range of industrial and critical infrastructure settings across the country.

Travel is sporadic and can include trips lasting up to a month, followed by periods at home working in the shop.

Field service work is typically performed on a day shift schedule Monday through Friday, with work times varying based on client site requirements; Saturday work may occur, and Sunday work is possible when traveling.

While traveling, you can expect to work extended hours, often exceeding 50 hours per week to complete installations and commissioning tasks. When based in the shop, weekly hours are generally closer to 40, though additional hours may be required during busy periods. The shop is non-climate-controlled with open bay doors and ample fans to maintain airflow, and it operates as a fast-paced, busy production environment. Collaboration with engineers, sales, and customer service teams is frequent to relay field issues and coordinate solutions.

The dress code includes steel-toe footwear, jeans, a work shirt, and safety glasses, with all necessary safety equipment used as required by site and company standards.
