We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Administrator to provide functional ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This position partners closely with business teams and external service providers to keep the platform reliable, aligned with operational needs, and positioned for ongoing improvement. The role is focused on administration, process support, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, guiding day-to-day administration and serving as the main internal resource for system-related questions.

• Configure and maintain application settings, user roles, access controls, and workflow rules to support business operations effectively.

• Investigate system issues affecting platform performance, connected tools, and reporting outputs, and work with vendors or partners to drive timely resolution.

• Organize and prioritize enhancement requests, translating business feedback into a structured backlog and future improvement plans.

• Partner with leadership and end users to gather requirements, document functional needs, and support solution planning across finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, and reporting processes.

• Coordinate testing activities, release preparation, upgrades, and post-deployment follow-up to promote smooth system changes and user adoption.

• Oversee reporting practices related to Business Central and Power BI, helping maintain consistency, accuracy, and governance standards.

• Manage relationships with outside development firms and technology providers, ensuring deliverables, support, and communication remain on track.

• Maintain process documentation, user guidance, and training materials to strengthen internal knowledge and reduce reliance on external consultants.

• Support integration oversight and data quality efforts, including business-side coordination for connected systems and process improvements.

• At least 3 years of experience administering or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Strong functional understanding of core business processes such as finance, procurement, inventory management, sales operations, and reporting.

• Experience supporting system updates, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and end-user assistance in a business-facing environment.

• Ability to create clear business requirements, process documentation, and training resources for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven analytical and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

• Background in configuration management and business requirements documentation within enterprise application environments.
