Job Description
The Order Picker works in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment, accurately picking, scanning, packing, and labeling parts such as washers, frames, stickers, decals, belts, bearings, and other components for shipment to dealerships. This role uses a warehouse management system to perform bin transfers and supports both outbound orders and, once trained, receiving activities.
Responsibilities
- Pick parts and products from designated locations in the warehouse using a push cart and reach truck as required.
- Handle a variety of small and medium-sized parts, including washers, frames, stickers, decals, belts, bearings, and similar items, with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Use an RF scanner to scan products and accurately record information into a laptop and the warehouse management system.
- Perform bin transfers by placing small parts into bins, scanning them into the system, and transferring data into the new warehouse management system.
- Pack products securely and label cartons correctly to prepare orders for shipment.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient workflow.
- Assist with receiving products once trained, including scanning, verifying, and organizing incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area within the warehouse.
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as part of daily material handling tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow direction to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Essential Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Proven reach truck experience and ability to operate a reach truck safely.
- Hands-on experience with order picking in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to use an RF scanner for picking, scanning, and inventory transactions.
- Basic computer skills to work with a laptop and warehouse management systems.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular material handling tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when picking, scanning, packing, and labeling products.
- Reliability in following procedures and meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with pick and pack operations in a distribution or parts environment.
- Experience in handling general labor tasks such as material handling, packing, and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and bin transfer processes.
- Comfort working with a variety of small parts and components.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a structured workflow.

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean, organized, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will work primarily on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., using equipment such as push carts, reach trucks, RF scanners, laptops, and standard packing materials. The setting is structured and process-driven, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
