  • Resolve jurisdictional disputes among trades or unions in a fair and professional manner.

  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, logistics, safety standards, and quality control processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and vendor submittals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with owners, trade contractors, unions, and project team members.

  • Comfort working on a variety of project types, including restaurants, retail locations, medical clinics, and multifamily properties.
  • Familiarity with construction management best practices and quality assurance/quality control procedures.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and trust with stakeholders through fairness and transparency.
  • Motivation to grow into leadership roles, with the potential to advance into ownership or executive-level positions over time.
  • Interest in working for a company that emphasizes internal promotion and long-term career development, with an average employee tenure of approximately 18 years.
  • Commitment to a family-first culture and a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Eligibility to participate in comprehensive benefits programs, including paid time off, health and supplemental insurance options, retirement plans, and employee assistance resources.

Work Environment

The role requires maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-first job site at all times. Travel to project sites up to approximately 1.5 hours away may be required, with the ability to drive back and forth daily. The environment involves regular use of construction management software and coordination with various trades, vendors, and professional partners.
