We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing environment in Manchester, New Hampshire. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can balance day-to-day HR administration with employee support, onboarding coordination, and benefits-related activities. The ideal candidate will bring a practical approach to HR operations, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records while helping managers and employees navigate workplace matters.

Responsibilities:
• Support employees and supervisors with routine HR matters, providing guidance on workplace policies, procedures, and employee relations concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and timely completion of employment records.
• Manage core HR administrative processes such as personnel file maintenance, data updates, and compliance-related recordkeeping.
• Assist with benefits administration by helping employees understand available programs, processing enrollment changes, and resolving related questions.
• Maintain and update information in the HRIS to ensure employee data is accurate, current, and properly documented.
• Partner with leadership to address employee issues, help resolve concerns, and promote consistent application of company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and track workforce information to support operational needs and internal decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements within HR operations and support additional departmental initiatives as needed in a manufacturing setting.• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or closely related HR role.
• Hands-on background in employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits support.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee information within digital systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different levels of an organization.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when handling confidential records and time-sensitive tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of standard HR practices, employment documentation, and administrative compliance requirements.
