Schedule: Sunday Night - Thursday Night, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Overtime: Scheduled OT may run 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM; weekend OT typically Friday nights, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Join a leading manufacturing company and play a key role in keeping production moving! We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler with Crown stand-up and sit-down forklift experience to support warehouse and production operations on our overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts (including inverted steering) to safely transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Move aluminum, steel, and copper coils between storage, production areas, shipping, and receiving while supporting daily manufacturing operations.
- Perform material handling, loading/unloading, picking, packing, and production support activities across multiple departments.
- Maintain forklifts and equipment, remove scrap materials, record scrap weights, and report any operational or safety concerns.
- Assist production teams by feeding materials into machines and ensuring work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow established quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures while meeting productivity expectations.
- Support a team-oriented environment with flexibility to work overtime and assist wherever needed throughout the facility.
- Previous experience operating Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts is required.
- Experience with both battery-powered and propane-powered lift trucks.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift for 75% or more of the shift.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to safety, equipment care, and productivity.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
