Why Work Here?
You join a stable, growing organization recognized as a global leader in adhesives, sealants, and specialty chemical products used across construction, roofing, packaging, woodworking, consumer goods, and industrial manufacturing. The company fosters a strong safety culture, high quality standards, and a commitment to innovation. You benefit from competitive pay, opportunities for overtime to increase earnings, and structured training on SAP and internal systems. This environment supports the development of valuable chemical manufacturing and production skills, offering long-term growth and career stability.
Work Environment
This is a 1st shift role, working approximately 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime available as needed. The position is fully hands-on in an industrial manufacturing facility focused on producing adhesive batches. You work directly with chemicals, powders, and raw materials, and the work can be physically demanding, involving frequent lifting, moving materials, and operating forklifts or tow motors. The environment is not a clean room; it can be dusty, messy, and warm depending on the production area and specific products being manufactured. Required PPE such as respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, and other safety gear must be worn when necessary. Individuals familiar with paint manufacturing often find this environment cleaner and less odorous than typical paint mixing operations.
