Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of a large industrial maintenance department. This role serves as a key administrative partner to maintenance leadership and is responsible for workforce scheduling, Kronos timekeeping, onboarding and training coordination, document control, record management, and department communications. The ideal candidate has experience supporting maintenance, manufacturing, plant operations, or a unionized workforce environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting where accuracy, organization, and collaboration are essential.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with operations and maintenance leaders while playing a critical role in employee scheduling, attendance tracking, training administration, onboarding, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Kronos, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative support within a manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, operations, or union environment
  • Experience with Kronos or other time and attendance systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage schedules, records, training documentation, and departmental communications
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mulberry, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.52 - $25.52/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
