Quality Technician- Pay Up To $18.50/hr- IN.

Location: Greencastle, IN

Pay: $17-$18.50/hr

Shift: 1st- 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

2nd- 3:30 PM- 11:00 PM

3rd- 11:00 PM- 7:30 AM

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on automotive plastic components.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify and document quality defects.
• Complete quality reports and maintain inspection records.
• Segregate non-conforming materials and follow escalation procedures.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Communicate quality concerns with production and engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Automotive or plastics manufacturing experience.
• Injection molding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greencastle, IN 46135.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $38480.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
