Campus Recruiter
Job Description
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract top student and graduate talent.
- Build relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, and diversity-focused groups.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and recruiting programs.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess students and recent graduates for internship, co-op, rotational, and entry-level opportunities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Lead the planning and execution of internship, co-op, and leadership development programs.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create meaningful development experiences.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, networking events, professional development sessions, and program evaluations.
- Monitor participant engagement and performance throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support conversion of high-performing interns and co-ops into full-time opportunities.
- Track program effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Manage select entry-level recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and campus partnership performance.
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent initiatives across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, university relations, or early-career hiring environment.
- Experience supporting campus recruiting, internship, co-op, or early talent programs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing structured internship, co-op, or rotational programs.
- University relations or campus recruiting experience.
- Experience within manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industries.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exton, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
