As a General Production Worker, you will:
'05; Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture medical device parts
'05; Attend a paid one-week classroom training program
'05; Work alongside experienced mentors on the production floor
'05; Set up sewing machines with the correct threads and materials
'05; Build production efficiency and meet expected output goals within 13 weeks
'05; Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met
'05; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
'05; Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed
'05; Remain seated for extended periods while operating machinery

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
