This role manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for roles such as operators and general labor positions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The recruiter sources and screens large applicant pools, coordinates closely with hiring teams, and ensures a smooth, positive candidate experience from application through offer. This position also maintains accurate records in applicant tracking tools and supports job posting and scheduling activities in an onsite office setting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including operators and general labor positions.
  • Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other online job boards.
  • Review and screen large volumes of applicants efficiently to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates and gather timely feedback.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.
  • Draft, prepare, and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday and Excel.
  • Post, update, and manage job postings across multiple job boards and platforms.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience while meeting hiring needs and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and scheduling requirements.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including calendar management, to coordinate interviews and recruiting activities.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer.
  • Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter or similar tools.
  • High level of detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort using Excel for basic tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and scheduling demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management for interview coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday as an applicant tracking system is a plus.
  • Background in talent acquisition, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities.
  • Experience coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide a strong candidate experience while balancing high-volume hiring demands.
Work Environment

This is an onsite role based in a cubicle office within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. The recruiter works closely with operations and hiring teams in a professional office setting, using tools such as Workday, Excel, Microsoft Office, and online job boards to manage recruiting activities. The environment emphasizes collaboration, supportive leadership, and the potential opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olive Branch, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
