Job Title: Workplace Experience Ambassador

Job Description

The Workplace Experience Ambassador serves as the human face of a premier Class-A office building in Uptown Dallas, acting as the first and last impression for tenants, executives, employees, and guests. This dynamic role blends high-touch, white-glove hospitality with sharp problem-solving and clear communication, ensuring every interaction feels warm, considered, and seamless. The Ambassador owns the tenant and guest experience on-site, activates amenity spaces and programming, and plays a key role in guiding the building through an active period of reinvestment and transformation. This position begins as a temporary role with a strong opportunity to convert to a full-time employee.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Tenant and Guest Ambassador, welcoming tenants, employees, and visitors by name and delivering a polished, personalized greeting every time.
  • Offer courteous escorts to elevators and key destinations within the building so guests feel guided and supported throughout their visit.
  • Promptly notify tenant hosts when their guests arrive and are on their way up, ensuring smooth and well-coordinated arrivals.
  • Deliver bespoke, high-touch, white-glove service by fielding and fulfilling a wide range of requests, including dining and event reservations, transportation arrangements, courier and package handling, gifting, and unique local recommendations.
  • Anticipate tenant and guest needs proactively, from everyday conveniences to complex one-off requests, resolving them with speed, discretion, and thorough follow-through.
  • Curate, maintain, and regularly update comprehensive resources such as premium area guides, cultural event calendars, and exclusive Dallas recommendations.
  • Manage visitor access and coordinate visitor management and badging processes to ensure a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Maintain the concierge desk, lobby, and all guest-facing areas to a consistently high visual and operational standard, reflecting a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and the building’s service-request platform, prioritizing and routing requests with sound judgment.
  • Liaise closely with engineering, janitorial, security, and property management teams to trigger, track, and ensure swift resolution of service requests.
  • Act as one of the main points of contact with on-site food and beverage and restaurant operators, supporting a cohesive hospitality experience throughout the property.
  • Serve as a trusted, consistent voice for tenants, especially regarding construction updates, access changes, and building news that require clear and steady communication.
  • Build genuine relationships with office managers, executive assistants, and key decision-makers, becoming their go-to advocate for tenant and guest experience needs.
  • De-escalate concerns with composure, empathy, and ownership, and keep property leadership informed of recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the building’s brand and hospitality standard consistently in all written and in-person interactions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships within the luxury hospitality and tourism community, including five-star hotels, fine dining establishments, cultural institutions, private clubs, and exclusive service providers.
  • Network actively with area concierge professionals, the local tourism community, and premier attractions to stay informed of exclusive opportunities and events.
  • Communicate team-related information to property leadership and account stakeholders in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Complete required reports, documentation, and administrative tasks accurately and by specified deadlines.
  • Participate in building operations meetings and support all property programs, initiatives, and tenant-focused efforts.
  • Oversee tenant amenity spaces, including lounges, fitness centers, conference rooms, and hospitality-driven areas, ensuring they reflect the building’s standards even during renovation.
  • Coordinate conference room setup, catering, turnover, and vendor partners for meetings, events, and AV needs in amenity and conference spaces.
  • Recommend enhancements and improvements to amenity spaces as the building’s footprint evolves through construction and repositioning.
  • Design and manage a calendar of intentional tenant engagement programming, including wellness, social, seasonal, and appreciation events that foster a sense of community.
  • Partner with the on-site property management team to curate signature experiences and moments that turn tenants into enthusiastic advocates for the building.
  • Track participation and feedback to understand what resonates with tenants and evolve the programming calendar as a living, responsive program.
  • Stay ahead of disruption by anticipating how construction and building changes will affect tenant experience, including access, noise, and timelines, and communicate proactively.
  • Bring creative, resourceful problem-solving to friction points that arise in a building undergoing active transformation.
  • Serve as a calm, informed point of contact during building incidents, disruptions, or schedule changes, maintaining trust and clarity for tenants and guests.
  • Act as one of the direct points of contact with building ownership during the transition and reinvestment period.
  • Utilize strong local Dallas area knowledge to provide thoughtful recommendations and guidance to tenants and guests.
  • Support occasional early morning, evening, or event-driven coverage as needed to ensure successful execution of building events and programs.

Essential Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury or high-touch hospitality, such as five-star hotels, private clubs, high-end residential properties, or premium corporate guest services.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated high emotional intelligence, including composure under pressure, genuine warmth, discretion, and the ability to understand what a person needs before they ask.
  • Demonstrated high intellectual capability, with sharp, resourceful thinking, strong problem-solving skills, effective multitasking, and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing details.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence that allows easy interaction with individuals at all levels, from executives to service providers.
  • Proficiency with office and building technologies, including visitor management systems, work-order or CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Comfort with and aptitude for technology, with the ability to learn and use tenant-experience platforms and building systems.
  • Flexibility to support occasional early morning, evening, or event-driven coverage in addition to standard weekday hours.
  • Strong customer service orientation and front desk or concierge experience in a high-touch setting.
  • Ability to read a room quickly, anticipate needs, and deliver a consistently high-touch, white-glove hospitality experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards across multiple spaces and programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working in a Class-A commercial office, coworking, or mixed-use environment, particularly one undergoing active renovation or repositioning.
  • Familiarity with tenant-experience platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Dallas market, including local attractions, dining, cultural institutions, and events.
  • Multilingual capability is a plus and can enhance the guest experience.
  • Experience in high-end hotel or luxury retail environments is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to build community, work independently, and take ownership of programs while collaborating effectively with property and operations teams.
  • Demonstrated discretion, trustworthiness, and a strong focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging events, experiences, and programming tailored to tenant needs.
  • Enthusiasm for variety and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where no two days or requests are the same.
